Revomon is about to embark on an epic quest! We are packing our digital bags and migrating to the legendary land of Immutable zkEVM. This isn’t just any old migration; it’s like upgrading from a rusty old sword to Excalibur itself.
Immutable zkEVM is one of the hotest gaming blockchain hub, gathering numerous traction nowadays. It’s like a magical realm where transactions are fast and security is tight. With Immutable zkEVM, Revomon players will be able to enjoy a gaming experience smoother than a buttered-up banana peel.
How the current ecosystem will be positively affected ?
First of all some major changes in terms of features:
✦ The Dapp and game login changing into one and unique place: the Immutable Passport. Immutable Passport is a next generation of web3 wallets, bringing together industry standard log-in methods supercharged with web3 features that are native to gaming on Immutable.
This means, the authentication login for the game and the Dapp (on the NFTs management only for the Dapp) is going to change:
The upcoming new game authentication integrates basic mail login (Gmail, Apple mail) throught the passport interface.
✦ Once logged in, your inventory integrates the Immutable Passport gathering all your NFTs at one place with a direct access to features like “Buy/Sell/Transfer” from third party Marketplaces (on the Immutable zkEVM network)
✦ With Immutable zkEVM as a layer 2 solution that boasts negligible gas fees, the existing minting fees associated with the ‘Mint a Revomon’ feature will be eliminated. To facilitate this transition, the current game version will temporarily suspend the ability to mint any captured Revomon until the release of Novus. Moreover, in Revomon Novus, all Revomon will automatically become NFTs through an ‘Auto-Minting’ feature, which will be completely free for users when capturing new monsters in the new world.
NB: Your current non-minted Revomon won’t be lost, if you decide not to mint them now, they will become NFTs automatically in Revomon Novus (and still belonging to your account).
✦ Marketplace: The current Marketplace available at app-v2.revomon.io/marketplace will be discontinued and converted into 2 new options to access marketplaces:
1️⃣ One involves a web app and is available directly in the Immutable Passport, namely:

- Sphere: https://sphere.market/immutable/collections
Current marketplaces such as ElementNFT, TofuNFT and others listing the Revomon NFT collection will be paused (when possible) and we don’t recommend to trade over there AFTER the migration process: the assets will be non-usable anymore (not compatible with the new network).
2️⃣ The second option, aims to be directly in the Revomon Novus game to allow players to trade their monsters (buy, sell, list) through the new land mechanisms composing the Novus world.
With the upcoming brand new economy fueled by $REVO, the game platform will act as a bridge between virtual and real economy allowing users to credit their account with their holdings and use them to trade in the REVO token directly in-game. Several platforms will be designed to host the new economy, these platforms are the LANDS (see https://revomon.io/lands for more information).
✦ Booster Packs and Eggomon are paused for the migration period and until Revomon Novus releases. These features aim to be integrated directly in the Revomon Novus version to remove friction between web2/3 usages (using the game in parallel to the Dapp, performing transactions and awaiting confirmation..) to provide a better user experience (UX) and ecosystem management for users.
NB: Following community members requests these NFTs will migrate to Immutable zkEVM but no opening features will be available on this new network (= they will be sealed FOREVER and play a role as “collector items”) while the new versions of eggs/packs will be developed and directly usable in-game with the same vision of a direct generating a NFT as outcome on the new Immutable network.
The $REVO token remains unaffected by this migration; $REVO stays on BNBChain (BSC) with the liquidity pool locked by UNCX on PancakeSwap. Only the NFTs, regardless of their format, are involved in this Immutable zkEVM network transition.
🎮 Revomon Game version update 2.7
On the 31st August, the team proceeds an update on the game to perform the integration of the Passport login solution.
NB: Revomon users will have to use the SAME MAIL they’re using for https://app-v2.revomon.io/ or the game login portal on the NEW PASSPORT LOGIN. If the player had registered with abc@abc.com, please connect to Passport with abc@abc.com to continue using the account.
Then, comes the migration of NFTs to the new network once the passport login integration is sucessful (Date to be communicated by the devs).
The migration of NFTs happens in 2 steps;
- Airdrop of all NFTs to Immutable zkEVM network
(Date to be announced ~ 31st August/1st Sept or during the 1st week of Sept)
All users will receive a 1:1 airdrop of their assets (all nfts, the unminted revomon are not impacted) on their SAME wallet address but on the new network. So if you hold your NFTs on 0x…ABCDE on BNBchain, your NFTs migrate to 0x…ABCDE on Immutable zkEVM.
In addition, we will airdrop some $IMX to your wallet.
Thus, we invite all users to add the new network to their Trustwallet/Metamask application;
- Select the network dropdown
- From here, find and click the ‘Add a network manually’ button at the bottom of the network list
- Complete the fields with the details below and click ‘Save’

2. Transfer of your NFTs to your Passport wallet
Once you received the NFTs on your wallet on the new network, you’re still on Metamask/Trustwallet. We invite your to perform a transfer batch to Immutable Passport.
- Create your passport wallet (https://passport.immutable.com/)
- Head over to the Transfer NFTs option on Immutable toolkit and choose the wallet that has NFTs on Immutable zkEVM (https://toolkit.immutable.com/transfer-nfts/)
- Select the NFT you want to send (Revomon Collection) to a different wallet and enter the destination wallet address. Proceed with the “Batch Transfer” on the top right to send multiple NFTs at once (50 maximum)
- Click on Send and accept the request on your wallet. Once done the NFT should now be transferred to your desired wallet
Roadmap; Next steps
The migration to Immutable zkEVM is the second step, after the landsale, to get closer and closer to Revomon Novus: We are preparing the infrastructure.
